ScaleMeal gives restaurants, cafés and home kitchens their own ordering website and app, with table QR ordering, a kitchen screen and loyalty built in. One monthly price, and no commission on any order.
Who we are
ScaleMeal is built and run by Buy Dream Web, a software company based in Pakistan. We build the product, host it, and help restaurants get set up.
Why we built it
Delivery marketplaces can take up to 30% of every order, and the customer belongs to the marketplace, not the restaurant. We think a restaurant should keep its margin and its regulars. So ScaleMeal is a flat monthly subscription: every order, every tip and every customer stays with the restaurant.
What a restaurant gets
- An ordering website on its own address, or on its own domain
- Its own app that customers install from the website (and, on Pro and Growth, a listing on the App Store and Google Play)
- Table QR ordering and counter ordering
- A kitchen screen that shows every order in one place
- Loyalty points, promotions and order notifications
- Menu import from a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet
Who it's for
Home kitchens selling from their phone, burger and grill spots, cafés and tea bars, fried chicken shops and multi-branch restaurants. You don't need a shop to start: a menu and a phone are enough.
Where we work
Restaurants anywhere can use ScaleMeal. Restaurants in Pakistan have their own page with prices in rupees, cash on delivery and local payment options for the subscription.
